Description | Manuscript cookbook in different hands with around 425 culinary recipes and 50 medical ones (do-ce-do, so you can turn upside down and read from the opposite direction). Many of the recipes are sweet . Recipes range from quaking pudding, to Yorkshire pudding, to wines. Some recipes have been crossed out and others have comments i.e. "Mrs Duncumb, Very good" or are attributed to others. |
