Description | A collection of recipes. Receipts are similar to, but not always identical with, those in the printed version. Printed title-page, dated in manuscript 'London 1702', followed by 71 pp. of manuscript recipes. Pp.1-66 have contemporary numeration; there is a 4 pp. index and one recipe in a later hand. Inserted are two portraits of Kidder. Edward Kidder was a London schoolmaster. |
